Dear clients,
to ensure punctual service and respect for everyone's time, in cases of repeated delaysor failure to arrive on time, the salon reserves the right to apply the following policy to anyclient:
1. If you cancel your appointment less than 8 hours before your visit, a 50% fee will be charged.
2. Appointments are accepted only with a prepayment of 15 €.
3. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to cancel theappointment to avoid delaying subsequent clients.
4. In case of cancellation due to lateness, the deposit is non-refundable and will beretained as compensation for the professional's lost time.
This measure helps us avoid disruptions to our schedule and maintain convenient appointment times for all clients.
